This time the “repair” lasted about a week and a half. Was getting ready to go out this past week and looked down after putting my ring on and low and behold there was a stone missing yet again. I was incredibly disappointed knowing I had to send the ring back again after only having it for a week (3 weeks total since the proposal.) I got the ring back in another week after having the lost stone replaced and only wore it on and off for going out, since I was worried about losing another stone. Happy! Wore the ring for about a week (6 days exactly) and lost one of the stones in the band. I got my ring back resized, center stone no longer felt loose. Around the time I went to send it out I also noticed the center stone (a 5 carat pear-cut moissanite diamond) had become loose already, so I asked to have that stone tightened as well, and was told the stones would all be checked and secured. I made a point of expressing that concern when sending it out. I was advised to make sure the jeweler checks all band stones after the fact, since resizing could cause them to loosen. (he ordered a 6 - I’m a 5 1/4.) The ring has diamonds that go all around the band, other than a small section that sits at the back of my finger, which is where I assumed the ring would be resized. I wore my ring for a few weeks until having to send it out to be resized. He ordered my engagement ring from this companies website. My fiancé surprised me with a beautiful proposal in mid-Feb. I came here not sure what I’m looking for so I’ll just vent. I’m late to this party but I feel so sad and disappointed when it comes to my experience with this company…. The prices were reasonable, the quality was great, and their customer service was above and beyond. I was working with Elize back and forth for 2 months and all she wanted was for me to have the perfect ring. I would recommend this company over all else. EVERYTHING WAS AT NO EXTRA CHARGE! I trusted them and I was so happy with it! I said it was cutting it close to the date I need it by and they assured me they will get it done and shipped before then. I reached back out and asked for a refund again and they said we can make whatever you want custom. I received the second and didn't like the style.
They told me to keep the ring until I have the second and if I like it to send back with the first if not send them both back for a refund.

They responded saying absolutely but if they can make it right they were willing to upgrade the stone and the white gold to 18kt. I received my ring and didn't realize how small the stone was and reached out asking for a refund. 75ct, 10kt white gold oval engagement ring with the hidden halo.
